Shipping & Returns

Items are shipped as soon as they are completed, usually within 2 business days.

Once your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email notification containing the tracking information. Please ensure that you check your junk email folder as well. 

Please be aware that you will not receive tracking information until your order has been processed and shipped. Additionally, due to high order volumes, there may be some additional shipping delays.

US

We offer free shipping on all US orders over $65. Please note that the shipping threshold applies to the total paid after discounts are applied. Orders below $65 will be charged a fee for shipping and handling. 

International 

We offer international shipping for more than 25 countries with a fee (calculated at the checkout). Please note that taxes and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend that you check with your local customs office for more information about any applicable fees and regulations.

The  delivery times may vary due to customs clearance and other factors outside of our control. Although we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.

Return & Refund

If you are not satisfied, for any reason, you may return your piece for a full refund within 7 days of receipt.  The returned items should be in original condition and in the original package. 

If you wish to initiate a return, please contact us directly at hello@savagier.com. Upon acceptance of your return request, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where and how to send your package. 

Please note that we cannot accept items that are returned without a prior request for return.
